Shelley Pernot

Shelley is the owner of True North Coaching and Development, a coaching and training firm aimed at helping individuals lead their lives with passion and purpose.  She is a recognized expert on mindfulness in the workplace and has collaborated with the University of Texas at Austin and NYU to develop innovative mindfulness programming for business leaders as well as the author of Running on Empty: The Irreverent Guru’s Guide to Filling Up with Mindfulness.  Prior to starting her own firm, she was Global Capability Manager for Leadership Development at the energy firm BP.
